Joe is an online coach and wellness professional with a passion for helping people build stronger bodies, healthier habits and more confidence. His style combines strength training, realistic nutrition, accountability and mindset support — a balanced approach that fits into real life.
Through Train & Transform, Joe's goal is simple: help you challenge yourself, build momentum, and prove what you're capable of in just 4 weeks.
